    Product does exactly what it is marketed to do.

    Overall Comment

    The implementation of the Bradford Networks NetSentry product provided a more streamline method of on-boarding our Wi-Fi customers, consisting of mainly college students. Customer satisfaction has increased due to ease of connecting when compared to the legacy system being replaced. From a system administration viewpoint, although the management console doesn't look as "polished" as some of the other products in this space, it is very functional.

    Admin console is not very intuitive at first glance.
