    Very difficult to install, impossible w/o 3rd party integrator

    WinDSX works, but is based on antiquated platforms with very little interopability

    recognize that you need advanced support (3rd party) to set up correctly.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Does what is is expected to do, once set up is complete.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Very difficult to install.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Documentation is awful.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Given a brand new deployment, we would probably choose a different platform to manage door access.
