Good technically; proactive monitoring and support; fair administratively; management console could be much improved.

Pricing was 40% cheaper than AT&T. Account team more responsive. Network not as robust as AT&T. We average 2 outages a year. Support structure is not mature. We have to engage our account team to get meaningful communication from support.
