Pricing was 40% cheaper than AT&T. Account team more responsive. Network not as robust as AT&T. We average 2 outages a year. Support structure is not mature. We have to engage our account team to get meaningful communication from support.
We saved a lot of money but gave up AT&T level of support and service.
Price. When it works it works well.
Working with tech support to resolve issues.
Better support organisation.
Focus on SLAs
Service is aceptable. Support is lacking.
