Overall very good, nothing bad to say. Good sales and technical team throughout the lifecycle of our delivery. They pulled out all our stops to get equipment into our lab, so we could kick the tyres - working with us to expedite installations.

Corvil is very easy to use and software updates have never caused any problems. The support team is very good in responding.

Overall positive experience with a lot of guidance and good customer support. Some minor hickups as we started directly with Tera Platform which was freshly released and had some bugs. But even during the installation phase bugs were recorded and adressed in reasonable time to take benefit of the latest release. Always there, if something is needed or questions arise.

All our technical requests were fulfilled. We had a decoder built in 2 weeks to help us solve a 6-month old problem. GUI could be a little easier and get rid of flash. Very good product and very good company.

Hardware implementation good. Product functionality good. Product configuration/customization much more difficult than expected. Monitoring ownership required by Infra and Application support.
