    Product(s): Flowmon

    Everything works as expected.

    Overall Comment

    Flowmon totally met our expectations and improved network visibility, enabled troubleshooting and performance monitoring. We use the technology since 2011 and continuously extended the depoloyment. At the moment we cover whole hospital network with more than 2500 devices.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Go for the ADS (Anomaly Detection System) module as well. It will save you a lot of work, automates analysis and simplify investigation.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Quality and responsivity of vendor technical support.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We would involve more people from IT into technology deployment.

    Product capabilities - overall comment

    I highly appreciate level of visibility in Flowmon that goes far beyond traditional NetFlow. On top of that Flowmon is able to derive actionable events that correspond to anomalies in the network traffic.

    Service & support - overall comment

    Support reacts promply and provides comprehensive answers/resolutions. We used also the option of remote connect of technical support to our Flowmon to help us troubleshoot advanced issues.

    Implemented with support of vendor in time and according to our requirements.
