No proactive follow up support however when we reached back out to the vendor to actually operationalize the data we have been using they were very accommodating. Frustration with the lack of being able to monitor SSL traffic however that frustration is with all APM/NPM right now.
Stay on top of vendor for proactive support and training.
The diverse monitoring and proactive trendlines (once operationalized).
No SSL monitoring. Would be a absolute perfect product if it could track SSL traffic.
Be more proactive on how we are using the product.
Operationalize much sooner. We implemented in 2013/2014 but did not really operationalize until 2015 and it was like trying to learn it all over again.
