    WUG Worked great in out multi campus environment.

    The cost and ease of installation while implementing a custimizable usable monitoring screen usable by multply people.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Find out waht you want to show first and what reports you want to run first before starting your look.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Ease of use.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    More pre canned reports. As with a lot of monitoring packages, they don't fully integrate with Microsoft Office. Scheduled reports only go to a PDF format.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    brought up the evolving liense changes.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    If we had known how licensing has evolved we would have picked the perpetual license from the beggining.
