    Product(s): Network Monitor

    Implementation can be a bit difficult but the product is effective.

    Overall Comment

    The system works well to monitor our internal servers and our site servers that are connected through VPN to our central location.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    It is a fine product to monitor your devices. Get information on all the features that it has to offer.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    It pretty much runs consistently. Very little errors over the last 2-3 years.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The delay in response from customer service, due to the geographical difference.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    The vendor is established in Germany so the communication is usually outside of business hours or delayed.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Maybe get more information about all that this product can do and keep up with its updates and new features being added.

    Support is fine but takes some time for response. Support itself is knowledgable, just the timeliness is disappointing.

    Nothing.

    Not sure.

    Many plugins for different technologies. We have enabled more monitoring we had planned for.

    Service & support - overall comment

    So far works very well with no issues-so have not engaged support.
