    Look closely at the breadth of offerings and the performance. I believe that you will be impressed.

    Support and the advances they have made in database technology.

    Flexible application oriented database system

    Overall Comment

    Technical support has been excellent. Feature set is good and growing. Their multiple deployment models are important for us because it gives us the pricing flexibility we need.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    For us the data storage layer is a critical component. Make sure the support you need will be available now and in the future.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Support is quick and very knowledgeable. The few issues we've experienced were remedied quickly.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    It's difficult to remember all of the new features so sometimes we haven't implemented all of the features we could have. All new releases are fully documented but because it is a technical product, it's hard to remember it all.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    I'm interested in the roadmap of future development and features. But I realize few companies discuss development that is speculation.
