ACL's promise of improved data analytics, time to market and overall value to the organization has proven true on every level. Our savings have conservatively been 20X the original investment and with no personnel adds or burdensome development processes.
Don't be afraid to think outside the box when considering how you may use the tool to bring value to your organization. While it is marketed as an audit tool, audit is one of the few areas we haven't used the product!
It is refreshing that we can perform data analytics without a developer in the middle. We can apply the tool to improving processes across the organization simply having the business define their pain points and describe how data plays a role.
Some of the ability to move between the core tool and the exchange tool aren't inherantly obvious.
Honestly they have been great to work with.
Market the capabilities of the tool more broadly than the executive suite.
As we have had inquiries regarding configuration, upgrades, or issues responses have been timely and appropriate.
We had our first functioning analytic within 2 weeks of implementation. That analytic has saved signficant $$.
