    Review your requirements against the cost

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    It is consistent.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Cost

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Provide a lower cost version with maybe a bit less functionality. Too many features provides complexity.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    More closely map requirements to tool selection AND cost.

    Better product today - legacy was not good.

    Overall Comment

    Product has an outdated and less user friendly user interface and low performance. Took a long time to customize and implement which included in a conversion/migration from the previous tool (home grown).

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Define your goals based on the collected requirements & needs. Create a strategy for reaching the goal. Look into process prior to the tool/product selection. Create and follow an implementation strategy.

    The diverse functionality.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Unfriendly user interface.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Know your capability and limitations when it comes to customization of your product to an extreme extent. Say no and rationalize the declination. Often the clients do not think of the consequences of the decisions they need to take if the vendor doesn't enlighten them.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Would definitely go for one that has better product quantum rating and talk to references of similar installations. Better strategy alignment without compromising key requirements. Better implementation strategy and full roll-out.
