    We were able to accomplish Real Time Operational analytics that drove to faster more efficient fixes.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Think outside the box and drive the development team and data scientist to do the same.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    The focus was on calls and incident tickets, change management should have had a heavier focus in the initial rollout.
