    Product(s): Basware Purchase to Pay solution

    Implementation was pretty smooth, adoption was easy and support is lacking.

    Overall Comment

    Solution is great - end users like the ease, IT likes that it's in the cloud and finance likes it's paperless and has a great audit trail. Support is lacking.

    Take time up front to review needs and what you want to show on each and every screen.

    It can be accessed anywhere/anytime. It's paperless and has a great audit trail.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Support is lacking.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Have US based support.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    I would have a Project Manager from my company. I was the lead finance person and also PM and that didn't work well.

    Service & support - overall comment

    Support has been an on-going challenge. There have been improvements made lately and I do feel the company recognizes this, and is making a change.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    Overall we got the job done. Had a few hiccups along the way as 2 PMs at Basware changed roles.
