Good: Are considered a partner, willing to listen to input for future development, reach out to get input for new development activities. Sees themselves as an innovative company is prioritorized by us. Can be improved: Technical support from service desk, some solutions can be optimized, e.g. Procurement Intelligence.
Invest in time to partner up.
Simple and non-complex solution to get started on. Easy to work with but can be complex if needed.
To few self-service possibilities. Also, right now the solution is depended on SAP SRM which is not userfriendly. We can hope that this will be worked on in the near future.
The setup around the service desk should be redesigned would be more direct between customer and the service agent assigned to the ticket.
We would have gotten more involved from an earlier stage in order to develop the partnership. After interal procure-2-pay optimization project the partnership focus was increased.
The low rating is due to the service desk.

Integration with SAP SRM module was challenging, compounded with using a 3rd party services provider lack of expertise.
Look at existing suppliers within the provider's supplier database when picking a solution, as it make catalog integration easier. Have catalog to P2P end-to-end single solution.
Unecessary complexity introduced by vendor in on-boarding new catalog vendors. Manual process of uploading vendor meta-data into IBX.
US-based support resources rather than EU-based.
Pick a more mature provider and have better project management.,
