We are satisfed because the vendor it's particularly present in the accompaniment during the project (Mainly AMOA). The solution meets our needs.

Evaluated multiple spend analytical solutions from different set of vendors. Our decision to go with Determine was made based on tool functionalities, cost and vendor strong willingness to partner with us to make this experience successful. Determine spend analytical tool is very easy to use, intuitive, and provides better categorization than our previous tool and makes it easier to consolidate vendor families, corporate and subsidiary lines. The new tool enables us to better define category and vendor spend and leverage it in developing our sourcing strategies. The support and account teams are always there to help us if needed. What i like about Determine is that you are not buying a tool but an overall relationship. Highly recommend it.
Tools are enablers and not drivers. There are many options out in the market having a clear strategy and defined objectives on what you are trying to do in the procure to pay space will enable you to better determine the "right" tools to have. It is not about having too many tools but rather having the right ones. Each company is different; test them before to see which ones are more adequate to your organization. When purchasing a tool, remember than the service support and vendor relationship management are as important as the functionalities of a tool.

Determine was very willing to customize their P2P solution based on our company's unique needs and process flow. Their team came on site, listened, and took the time necessary to quickly provide us with an intuitive, streamlined solution that gave us complete control and visibility of our spend.
If you have never used a full-featured P2P suite before put some additional time upfront into the process flow of how you want the system to work. Determine's P2P solution provides a tremendous amount of flexibility on the flow of requisitions, PO's, and invoicing across the enterprise.
The flexibility of Determine's P2P solution is outstanding!
We would gather the information required by Determine (e.g. department structure, GL coding, user lists, approval rule structure, etc.) faster in order to speed implementation further. Once this information was provided implementation occurred very quickly!
Deployment was fast! We were rolling out our test site within the first 30 days. Our remaining 25+ sites began using Determine's P2P solution 30 days after that.
