Success in the cloud

Environment is stable, reliable, available. Technical support is outstanding. Customer support is good. Able to take advantage of "capacity on demand" for additional cost savings. Some (hidden) gotchas - notably on availability of certain services on various service tiers. Administrative support has been weak.

Implementation completed without hiccups.

People with knowledge, however constant org change was/is the biggest issue and inability in responding to request when urgent.
