Data migration from the previous CRM was a lot of work but went well. Rollout went well. Adoption went relatively well, however, the EU data protection act has created challenges. The 'success package' from the vendor has value. The vendor's support desk is responsive and helpful. The 'success manager' is a good thing for the vendor to provide. We did 95% of the data migration, not the vendor. The product has a strong API.

Customer service was great.Overall I would have liked more flexibility around the ways in which we could customise certain features of the platform.

CRM is great, it takes a lot of good functionality from other CRMs and puts it all together. I really like the integration with other services like PandaDocs. The Account / Contact is bit wonky, but not a huge issue.

The implimentation of Base has been easy. There is still work we need to do to develop our own process. Therefore, we have gotten a lot of benefit but can see that we will get much more once we are better organized.

Base has entrenched themselves to the point they understand my industry in order to be able to provide specific implementations, and in addition assist us with future innovations that can assist us to better manage and automate the sales pipeline.

BaseCRM was nearly effortless to get going within our growing sales organization and it has scaled with us. Their constant enhancements fit right in with what we need and request. Its been amazing.

Base provides a good solution and the basic tools that empower a sales team to organize pipelines and execute on their daily tasks. The team at Base is easily accessible and provide comprehensive answers while troubleshooting issues. Base also is willing to work on an individual level to pilot new programs. The team asks for direct insight into their clients' business to better understand how to leverage Base's capabilities. While the product itself needs refinement and more customized capabilities, the team offers great support and attempts to push the development team to move faster. Adding more custom feature rather than integrating with specific vendors will make the system more adaptable as business needs change.

The Base team has been a great support partner. They have actively reached out to help consult us on building our sales funnel approach, resolve technical issues in a timely manner, and demonstrated flexibility when working with us to implement new features.

The experience has been good so far. The biggest issues are that the new product release dates are never accurate and always very late.

Base CRM is clean, cutting edge and very user-friendly. There is no need for a 3rd party consultant to manage and operate the program. Implementation was completed in one week, and training was completed within a month. Could not be happier.
