Easy to use and implement

Support is scarce, documentation is not very useful, but the product is easy to use.

Migration from Salesforce was seamless. Chat support is more readily available.

Migrating over from Salesforce to Zoho was a rather seamless experience. We found Zoho functionality to be very similar and flexible in areas for customization.

Good platform but cumbersome to use. The base version which we use has limited features around deduplication etc.

Flawed software integration.

There are constant glitches in this system from the very beginning. Currently, Zoho is creating duplicate contacts. Also, the event view shows the following day’s events starting late afternoon every day. Sometimes the PhoneBridge plug-in doesn't operate properly. We also experience other random problems with Zoho.

Extensive functionality and support out-of-the-box at a fraction of the cost of the rest.

Very positive. I was skeptical at first, however their extensive functionality, chat support, and other tools and training they offered us were far and above the value for money over anyone else.

Generally good functionality and support, with occasional bumps in the road. Easy to use. Good documentation. We've been able to take the system from 1 user to 60+ users with a corresponding increase in complexity of our business and continue to use Zoho CRM & associated products with great success.
