Salesforce, as we are well aware of, provides exceptional products in terms of quality, UI etc. This product Salesforce Sales Cloud is no different and once you start using it, you will understand the quality and the small unique features that have been carefully taken care of. I have been using this product from more than 6 months, and I am truly satisfied with most of the features provided to me. Talk about customisation, this product is hands down the best in the market. The addition of Einstein has been something I like the most and has no doubt made the sales team more productive by letting them understand the basic details.

We were excellently supported from the initial vendor process through the different phases on implementation and into the RUN contract. Microsoft helped through their FastTrack programme and also helped find a near-shore partner to build our RUN team around. They offer additional services in demoing new features and ensuring we get the most value from our existing contract whilst understanding our business model and offering complimentary services. The application itself is excellent and offers all the functionality we need today whilst future proofing our sales and underwriting community as new requirements appear and our organisation changes. We have also been able to benefit from the O365 integrations as our organisation has transitioned to this suite, in terms of business process efficiencies and data insight.
"Works like a real tiger for Sales guys - VTiger"
We are using Vtiger CRM for the last 5years and are very happy with the same. Free edition provides most of the features that a CRM needs starting from Campaigning to Lead to Opportunity to the Customer life cycle and Vtiger covers this flow beautifully. It's really easy to operate on but a very powerful tool for Sales/Presales guys. The custom branding, third-party integrations, etc is super easy. Hosting is also very flexible and installation does not require any high-end configs. The new UI with the latest update is blazing fast - we are also using Custom ticketing module and it is serving well.

Pipedrive is a versatile CRM tool with an inbuilt framework that concentrates on sales with great serviceability. This simple yet immensely powerful piece of software allows my team to devote less time to organizing and more time to selling. Pipedrive is coupled with agility and provides nearly everything we need to join the market league. It not only recognizes the potential clients but also provides what that population wants. We can create discrete pipelines at whatever stage we are. API perfectly lets two or more software contact and speak to each other. In this way, customized reports could be created on excel, spreadsheets, word processors, etc. which seems hard otherwise. Easy to work with, no migraine.

I enjoy working with SAP Sales Cloud platform. This system provides a streamlining for various aspects for the business, such as forecasting, billing, invoicing, contracts, etc. This products aids in product cost visibility, real time sales performance, etc. The main feature which I enjoyed working with was automation of revenue recognition processes while ensuring compliance with the International Financial reporting standards and ASC 606 regulations. This feature aided my daily tasks by streamlining the processes to deliver faster and more accurate results for the business. Another great feature was storing contracts in a centralized database, which were always easy to retrieve when needed.

Sales Hub's capabilities are not what sets it apart though those are impressive. The biggest advantage for me has been how user-friendly it is. It's been so much easier than I thought it would be to learn the software and implement processes that work for my team. And, let's be honest, no matter what software you use, you will run into issues or things that leave you scratching your head. While those have been few and far between with Sales Hub, the customer service has been outstanding. Not only have they been able to help me solve my problems, they genuinely seem excited and happy to help every time.
