    General experience good system can answer almost any issue or option in terms of the measurement of the compensation models

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Make sure the product is compatible with the needs of the company and gives an optimal solution

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The ability to manipulate extremely complex models Easy viewing and retrieval of data from The ability to make changes based indices and their impact on the overall stimulus

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Almost totally dependent on key fields and development in-house The process of re-establishing third-long and cumbersome

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    More changes can be independent and less dependent key fields or in-house development for the benefit of the system

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We 'wher building smarter interface corresponding to the current needs with more operational flexibility would allow to make changes more easily

    We are very satisfied with the service availability, response time and service quality.

    We are very satisfied with the service availability, response time and service quality. As a global company, we experienced difficulties operating multi-location teams at different time zones (due to system integration issues).

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Invest significant resources for implementation to create better and smoother future production.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The great service we receive from the company tech-support focal point.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    I would expect to get wider abilities to create changes at the Incentive plans design without the need of the company tech-support. I beileve that the aspect of giving the customer better design portfolio can be improved so we could execute basic actions internally.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Create easier work environment for the end user with better UI & UX.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We would not do anything different.
