The implementation went very smoothly. Their documentation is quite good. But, their support help is excellent. Their guidance through the entire process is great.
Call Barracuda and talk to them and perhaps talk with a peer that has already been through the process. Barracuda can get you in contact with a nearby peer if you need to talk with someone. However, the supprt Barracuda provides is quite excellent.
It was easy to implement. They will help you throughout the entire process - from deciding what best fits your needs, to a vendor to work with if you need one, implementation, as well as issue resolution. I a very impressed with all aspects of their support systems and support teams.
Their support is the best I have seen in a long time!

From the initial implementation to the on-going support, Barracuda has outstanding customer support infrastructure and is quick to respond to customer issues, up to and including a complete replacement of the spam and virus firewall appliance.
They offer a free 30 trial of all their products. If you are not sure try it out, before you buy.
The instant replacement service. If you have a hardware problem with one of the appliances, Barracuda doesn't waste valuable time trying to figure out what's wrong with the hardware. They overnight a whole new appliance to you and you are back up and running in no time.

Barracuda was knowledgeable and helpful in our implemenation and subsequent support. The best part about the solution was it's simplicity and the fact that we didn't need much support because of the intuitive way it was designed.
Run an evaluation with Barracuda to get a feel for the product, it was very helpful for our staff.
As stated, we loved the simplicity and the intuitive design.
Nothing at this time.
Would have purchased sooner and implemented sooner. We spent too much time evaluating vendors even wafter we saw the price point and functionality provided by Barracuda. We were worried that it was so much less expensive than a few other vendors that it couldn't possibly deliver the results we want. We should have tested it sooner.

This product has functioned flawlessly for many years. It does everything I expect from a Spam Firewall with many additional features like email encryption.
If you're looking for the encryption piece, you will also need to by a Barracuda Message Archiver if you want to archive the contents of the encrypted emails sent and the encrypted replies.
Service and support is awesome.
That I had to decommission my old email archiver and buy a Barracuda Message Archiver to be able to archive the full text of these emails. I understand why they insist on this, but it was a bit of a pain to move over 10 years worth of email from one unit to another.
Barracuda is a mature company and they do things exactly how I would like things done.
Buy another Barracuda!
Their service and support is stellar! I cannot say one bad word about it. Barracuda shines in this area.

Product is easy to deploy and manage. It "just works". Doesn't require much management and administration.
Strongly consider virtual appliances. They are easy to scale if you need additional capacity.
Robust solution given the reasonable cost.
Better user management of spam/junk.
Any time we have required techinical support they have responded quickly and they have always provided a solution.

Appliance is relatively easy to manage but I wish it was more end user friendly.
Roll the user interface out slowly if possible.
Ease of use for administrator.
It sometimes captures email that is not spam.
Vendor was helpful and responsive.
I would have looked at other appliances and how it works in the end-user environment.

Select proven product. For security, there is no vendor that fits all.
Ease of use.
Let 3rd party do more of the work; and focus on our core competency.
Gone to SAS earlier.
