Good customer support with the McAfee solutions. In addition, the McAfee APAC Management overseeing our account was very quick to acknowledge and respond to my inquiries or at times my requests for assistance. The Email Gateway was able to protect the Enterprise Email system for a couple years, however with the recent increase in Ransonware attacks, it seems that the solution is not able to respond at times.

Though the front end portal is great, after support is difficult. McAfee is actively moving people off the product and moving them to more expensive and more functional competitors.
