    Web portal is great, but service is terrible.

    Overall Comment

    Though the front end portal is great, after support is difficult. McAfee is actively moving people off the product and moving them to more expensive and more functional competitors.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Try to find a similar front end from a provider that will last. Intel/McAfee is a strong company, but some of their products are being phased out.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Easy to control web portal, with many easy to control features.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    It is very hard to get support.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Recommended someone different.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    I would have checked what the long term support was going to be on this product and if there were any predictions of McAfee dropping the platform.
