    An easy to use product that is robust and cost friendly.

    An overall great product with minimum learning curve. Works great to support all of our staff.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Take a look at their website and reach out to a representative, you don't have anything to lose but much to gain.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The convenience and ease of use.

    So far very good

    so far it seems to be working well. It will send us emails saying what it blocked and gives us the option to keep it blocked, allow to send or release it as a 1 time thing

    consider your options and demo everything you can

    user friendly

    seems to block alot of emails outright

    marketed this software more so we noticed it sooner

    gone with this instead of using macafee SaaS

    Still in implementation phase, no notable issues as of yet. Support from Mimecast seems responsive and helpful.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Bundle this with an exchange upgrade to reduce approval burden from senior management.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Outlook toolbar for users.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    no complaints yet.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    It would have been nice if our old spam filter allowed exporting of the black lists so it would be a better switch over.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Could have completed implementation without 3rd party integrator.

    Mimecast PM Ensured We Had a Successful Implementation

    Our experience with Mimecast has been second to none. We had an outstanding PM help us migrate to the service and immediately saw improved results. The downtime and disruption was non-existant.

    Do your homework, review the Mimecast and other offers with your Gartner resources.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Ease of implementation, results of the product once in place.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    No dislikes do far.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Nothing. They fit our need exactly.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Move to Mimecast sooner.

    Decent product, terrible support.

    The product is adequate and has a number of outstanding features. However, the support available is terrible.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Establish a solid line of communication with support/client management to ensure escalation paths for issues.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The anti-phishing technology is superb.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Terrible support. Support staff are in the UK, which can make for delays for US based companies.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Support in the US, and better feedback for tickets/problems.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Consider more alternative providers.

    MimeCast meets our Legal Services requirements.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The service stops SPAM and URl filtering for nearly 95% of our emails. This in turn results in less infections and phishing infiltration.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    None so far.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Provide quicker notification of any outages.

    Included innovations passing them by.

    We have been relatively pleased with the initial features and performance. Additional functionality that other vendors are including in their base feature set are offered only as additional cost items here. Their most innovative offering of late involves re-writing all URL links adversely impacting years of user training to be cautious of re-written links.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Look at all the innovative options in the industry, and be sure you watch extra-cost options.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Journaling.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Organization and search of the journal.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Better assistance with handling the rapidly evolving phishing, spear phishing, whaling, etc. campaigns. They miss a lot.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Consider a more distant future on next product evaluation, as some features here have effectively locked us into this product line.

    Great product to reduce spam and save time in your inbox.

    A number of spams were cut down. End users are happy with the results.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Look into all the products they sell to determine needs but that you can add on quickly if there is something in the future that you need.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    the lack of spam in my inbox, and users not calling me with spam.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    none.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    very good support, pre and post contract signing.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Nothing, it was a seamless integration.

    Easy Implementation, features set lacking.

    Pricing was good in comparison to Proofpoint, install went well but we had two major issues with spam and phishing attack in the first three days after go live and have had another incident. Product is living up to expectation.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Make sure you understand their features. We have had three issues that we never saw with our old product and have been really disappointed.

    More can be done from an implementation perspective but the process is well defined and robust.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Although not as big as Proofpoint in the space, they have the right plan and approach, speed to market for resilient solutions, forward thinking in their solutions.

    Core functionality.

    Nothing yet.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Package the professional services along with the package and create more options for the change management process as their core capabilities are non-standard and needs to be communicated accordingly.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Get professional services for implementation. It will make the process smoother. As the cost is not too great, it is a no brainer. Would pick the solution over any one in the space.
