I contacted customer service once during our free trial. We got someone right away, who was able to assist and answer questions. After purchasing the product, we contacted support once with a question and it too was taken care of within 20 minutes. I was very impressed with follow-up and contact during the trial as-as well as after the trial period. The software performs very well, end users find it easy to navigate.

The impact the Email Laundry has had on our security over the last few years has been enormous. With our previous provider we were plagued by spam and pretty obvious phishing emails which lead to so many calls to our helpdesk every day – it became unmanageable. We plumped for the Email Laundry and the difference was immediately evident. The staff was commenting on the difference and phishing emails were completely eliminated. They even allowed us to carry over existing white and blacklists. We’ve had a couple of incidents where our mail server was down for a short period and the continuity service basically paid for itself. We also use encryption for sending sensitive data and it really couldn’t be easier. Overall, we are delighted with these guys.

Having used The Email Laundry in my previous company, I wasted no time bolstering our email protection by implementing it again. Unlike other email security services, implementation is so easy, it takes about 30 minutes to get everything moved over. There’s no real training needed either from an admin or end user point of view, although in fairness to the support guys, they’re very helpful if I ever have to ask them anything. The end user experience is huge advantage for me. Like most services, there is an end-user digest. But this gives them much more control than any other service I’ve used in the past. End users can actually view the content of the email before making a decision to release or delete, something I haven’t seen before. This means a lot less admin for me 😊 We’ve also added the encryption piece which is working very well so far. I’ve always found email encryption to be quite clunky and awkward, which meant users never bothered with it. With this solution, our users have actually commented how easy it is to send an encrypted email. As an IT guy, The Email Laundry make my life very easy.

We initially setup an evaluation as a POC, directing all of our email through The Email Laundry's service. Pretty much straight away end users were commenting on how they were no longer receiving spam. Over the last 12 we've had maybe three spam emails get through. More importantly though, we've not had any impersonation attacks get through at all. These were a regular occurrence with our previous service. We feel much more secure with these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

From the demo process to implementation, The Email Laundry has been one of the easiest vendors to work with. On the rare occasion that we need tech support, they respond quickly and effectively.

The Email Laundry has proven to be everything we expected and were shown while doing a POC. It has drastically reduced our SPAM rate and malicious files from entering into our Organization through email. The support team is very responsive and knowledgeable. I like that users can be allowed to view their own SPAM and release what is needed while restricting them from releasing what is or is suspected to be malicious. I would like to see a more modern interface but it works and is easy to navigate.

The free 14-day trial was great. And the speed at which they responded to my initial enquiry was a big factor. Another vendor I was thinking about using took several days to get back to me, at which point we were already trialling the Email Laundry's service.

Since day one, this service has been a great addition to our overall security. We had everything setup to our requirements within 30 minutes and we haven’t had to touch anything since. We also use the continuity service which on the one occasion we actually needed it, worked very well, our end-users actually commented on how simple it was.

I switched from MacAfee Spam Filtering while it was on its death spiral. I couldn’t do as much research as I would like because MacAfee was losing business essential emails. They had no solution my ticket being open for a few days. I found the email laundry because of online reviews, and after I called the email laundry, had a quick webinar with a sales rep, I was set up and running my business on their trial in about after about 2 hours. (webinar included) The setup was a breeze, the support staff was/is great. After I had everything tweaked to my liking, I decided to buy the product that very day. They matched my MacAfee Pricing, and when I renewed again this year, they gave me the same pricing. They do a very good job keeping most everything from hitting the user’s emails. No spam filtering is perfect, stuff will get through, but they keep it to a minimum. It does its job, the setup was easy, and support is AWESOME and very responsive. (I would say most of my tickets are closed within 20 minutes of me opening them).
