Implementation was easy, our sales manager and the engineers have been responsive and listen to our concerns. Was very nice to not have to go through a 3rd party Vendor in order to submit a ticket.

We've been delighted with the overall service from Email Laundry. We'd had our old service in place long before I joined the company. Before it was due to renew we were hit by Cryptolocker and management insisted we replace it. I did my research and made a shortlist of 3 providers. Out of fear of a repeat attack, we agreed that security would be the top priority, ahead of cost. The deciding factor was the fact that these guys do their own threat analysis and monitoring which seems to give them an advantage over the competition. I wouldn't say EL are expensive, but it was more pricey than the other two services.

When I joined my company, we were already using The Email Laundrys spam filtering service. It has proven to be very effective as it keeps out 99.99% of spam/virus/trojans - and you can see this from the dashboard on the mian screen within the customer portal. If i have had any issues or just simply needed advice, their support team has always came straight back to me with an answer or explanation,. Veyr reasonable priced as well. 10/10 for their support and product.

The Email Laundry provided detailed explanations on how the product worked. Provided the steps required to carry out the deployment and were available every step of the way ensuring a seamless migration to the product.

The effectiveness of the spam filtering has been excellent; none of my users have experienced any spam emails making it to their inbox. But for those users who have had their email address for a long time and were gettting lots of spam, the way of dealing with the contents of the daily digest email of borderline spam is a little clunky and could be improved.

The schoool had issues with Ransomware even using 2 separate malware filters. A decision was made to explore SaaS options with excellent reputation for detecting Ransomware. The Email Laundry was engaged on a trial basis which saw a substantial reduction in spam/malware coming into the school servers. The The Email Laundry also rpvoed to be cost effective, offering to cover our student mailboxes for free. The implementation was painless with support offered by The Email Laundry being knowledgeabl;e and timely. We can easily whitelist/blacklist domainans and email addresses, and end users have an opportunity to view their qurarantined emails, this was a bonus I hadn't expected and takes a load off the IT team.

To be honest everything has worked exceptionally well, the support has been terrific, the stability has also been awsome and the web interface is not over cluttered with complex sub menus and options which I feel is very important. To date we have not had any outages or complications with the service. We did have some issues with spam emails coming through on occasion but we just forward these as an attachment to an email address provided and these are then checked and added to the spam database to prevent future occurrences.

From the initial trial of the email security offerings, we felt we made the correct choice for our business. The sales reps were very informative and very responsive to all the questions we posed to them. Ease of deployment and subsequent technical aspects were dealt with swiftly and with no additional concerns.

Email Laundry provided an incredibly easy solution to replace our aging Cisco Ironports during a Datacentre migration. They provided a quick and simple set up for a trial environment and then were able to onboard our 80+ email domains right away. We were able to discuss the various vagaries of our set-up which they were able to match with ease. Their customer support is astounding in its speed of response and level of assistance they are providing. I am a big fan of customizable customer digests, removing a large amount of spam filtering and whitelisting out of ITs hands and empowering our userbase.
