Simple installation. Quick setup.
Great filter that works with few headaches. Buy the instant replacement, it's worth the cost.
Super quick tech support.
It does hang up on occasion, but has always been very few and otherwise it's a set it and forget it type of device other than monitoring.
All is well.
Better documention of desired outcome for the filter.

The Support provided by Barracuda has been Superior all the way from researching the product to implementation to usage to troubleshooting issues and to helping with settings for specific needs.
Suggest do live demo's with Barracuda and perhaps peer users that already use the product. Determine best way to implement from the beginning. Either In-Line setup or use as a Proxy server. Consult with Barracuda and get guidance from them before and during this process. We did this on our own - and have since decided a different deployment method to better suit our needs. However, Barracuda's support with transitioning is Excellent!
The company is all about customer server to the highest level. Far beyond that of other companies we have worked with. Support is at a very high standard.
Their support has been great - cant say they should do anything differently.

Could improve on the reporting aspect of the product
Understand how the rules work and be prepared to continually update your policies if your organization has high turnover in the managerial department.
Blocks unwanted web traffic

Product was implemented in-line and caused 2 separate network outages as product "locked up." Tried to work with company and through VAR to no avail. Had to pull product from production; vendor seems unconcerned.
Do an extended proof-of-concept; ours was short and functionally product worked.
Easy set up.
Not a stable platform.
Take issue seriously when their product brought network traffic to a standstill. Vendor was slow in responding and provided no useful input. Should have sent someone on site immediately.
Choose different product.
works fine until it blocks network traffic.
