    Implentation was easy but needs major improvement in technical support

    Overall Comment

    The customer service support is lacking, it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone and the email support or response time is unacceptable when dealing with emergencies and the suppoet is less than personal.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Test all web options.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Admin Central, easy management of devices

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The tamper protection is not admin friendly, it is almost impossible to uninstall the product when it becomes corrupt.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Provide better technical support

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Test live web meetings, had major issues with skype for business meetings.

    Almost impossible to get technical support on the phone for emergency issues
