    Implementation went well. We probably need more in the way of follow-up analysis and recommendations. As well as being more flexible in the analytics we can derive from the results.

    Good experience. They were (and still are) very responsive. It was a smooth exercise that has had good feedback.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Be rigorous upfront and declare exactly what you need.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    It is relatively straightforward and Rob Janssens is very easy to work with.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    The analytics/results were a bit clunky. We would have preferred the results in a format other than Excel.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Provide more in the way of analytics and recommendations for business improvement.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Build-in a more robust requirement for analytics and recommendations for business improvement.

    Have full training strategy in hand and set up a multiyear deployment of materials.

    Very professional and caught the eye of our users. Good understanding of the content and participation.

    Go with a more out of box experience rather than customize as heavily as we did.
