Publication of customer content migrated from former LMS 3. Customer development of custom content within GLS 4. Partnership with GLSs content development experts to create dynamic custom content specific to emerging industry processes 5. Hosting of 3rd Party Content 6. Secure Interagency and Public Portal Access GLS invests in being an industry leader in service and support. They have welcomed innovation requests and future release wish list items allowing us to adjust or LMS to meet our evolving needs. When a new feature is deployed it is done so with proper communication to the customer and vetted support documentation available through their responsive help desk system and a self-service knowledge bank. Since the beginning of our partnership with GLS, we have enjoyed the same customer service representative. In today's competitive environment, that speaks volumes for the workplace satisfaction of their staff. That commitment is impressive and a value to us as a customer as it improves our relationship with the vendor. GLS knows the industry needs and those of our organization. Global Learning Systems provided a quick, manageable solution for my Security Awareness Training needs. I received a single point of contact for my overall engagement who was able to assist with all my needs. I received a dedicated creative resource within GLS to assist me with customising our training module. I received a dedicated technical resource for the database, networking, and general IT issues and support. These dedicated resources are familiar with me, know my account and how to support my business, and they are very responsive (within 4 hours) to any inquiries I have. I feel fully supported and valued as a customer.

We have worked with Global Learning Systems going on 5 years and have been extremely pleased with their compliance training courseware. It's fresh, current and engaging and has been instrumental in educating our employees on Security Awareness and PCI-DSS. The GLS team is responsive and always willing to consult with us on customizing training for our audience needs. We utilize their LMS OnDemand platform and find it easy, fast and functional. Our deployment was fast easy to implement and we've experienced zero downtime in 5 yrs.

The evaulation of the courses using the vendors online system helped the process. Receiving the training courses for implementation into our LMS was fast and easy. The quality of the training courses was above expectations and addressed the most common topics for our users. The courses are professional and do not have an air of "cartoon" or "training for dummies". Our tech-minded employees get the training they need in a way that speaks to them on a professional level.

Customer support during and after implementation has been very good. Could have provided a little more administrator training.
