Excellent Customer Service, Great Product. They are a Market Leader for a Reason!

Michael Marchbanks with Inspired eLearning and his entire team have been very responsive and helpful, always going above and beyond to see how they can better partner with us. I am continually impressed with their dedication and support. In addition they have a wide variety of courses to offer. I am not sure how we could expect anything more from a vendor.

Adaptive Training Engine

Initial Training was Adequate, but Fell Short Over Time

Selecting the vendor was seamless and an easy experience. However, once the vendor had been selected and the initial training rolled out, with the exception of a yearly check-in, no real service or follow up was seen. Only contact was at the end of the 3-year contract date. Training year over year never really appeared to very updated, so while the first year's training seemed robust, the successive second and third year trainings felt stale.


Great product, great support

Everything has worked well and as described. They have been very responsive with support when we've had questions.

The technical support team was outstanding, as was the account manager. They are very responsive and helpful. I had previous experience implementing learning management systems and made many recommendations for future releases, some of which has made it to the current product.

PhishProof, iLMS

Good product, good service, but can be a little complicated with so many options.

Their customer service and responsiveness has been excellent. They have always had a "can-do" attitude and found ways to solve problems and needs and found ways to stay within our budget. Our implementation manager, assigned customer rep, and customer support have always been available for questions. The reporting capabilities of the iLMS have been very good but not always straightforward to create custom reports. I sometimes get lost in where to find things and how to set options because there are so many. We have only used the basics course so far and it has been well received.

Adaptive Training Engine, PhishProof, iLMS

Implementation was easy including setting up SAML integration.

Great experience with the ILMS and content. Phishing testing was a good experience too.


PhishProof had all the features we needed to get started.

Inspired eLearning technical support was excellent. For a new solution, it had the features we needed to start or internal phishing campaign. The technical support team at Inspired eLearning was excellent in helping to resolve issues because of our internal email system.
