    Product(s): Adaptive Training Engine

    Initial Training was Adequate, but Fell Short Over Time

    Overall Comment

    Selecting the vendor was seamless and an easy experience. However, once the vendor had been selected and the initial training rolled out, with the exception of a yearly check-in, no real service or follow up was seen. Only contact was at the end of the 3-year contract date. Training year over year never really appeared to very updated, so while the first year's training seemed robust, the successive second and third year trainings felt stale.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Don't shop simply based on price and explore a spectrum of product vendors in the training vendor space and get a full demo of all their offerings.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    No comment

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Spent more time updating their trainings year over year and making them feel like they were updated with relevant information not just given new graphics to old information.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Supported their product more.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We would have explored more vendors that not only offered more training options, but a more robust suite of accompanying products to enforce the training peice.

    Outstanding company, responsive Technical Support and account manager. Highly recommend.

    The technical support team was outstanding, as was the account manager. They are very responsive and helpful. I had previous experience implementing learning management systems and made many recommendations for future releases, some of which has made it to the current product.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Know your audience (learners) and reporting needs and develop your structure around those.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The responsiveness of the technical support team and willingness to listen to (and implement) recommendations made for improvement of reporting and enhanced features.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Nothing.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Offer a way to separate course offerings (catalog) for internal and external audiences.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Taken a little more time to "test" concepts and strategy for course and curricula creation. Made mistakes along the way, before settling on the right strategy and structure.

    Good product, good service, but can be a little complicated with so many options.

    Overall Comment

    Their customer service and responsiveness has been excellent. They have always had a "can-do" attitude and found ways to solve problems and needs and found ways to stay within our budget. Our implementation manager, assigned customer rep, and customer support have always been available for questions. The reporting capabilities of the iLMS have been very good but not always straightforward to create custom reports. I sometimes get lost in where to find things and how to set options because there are so many. We have only used the basics course so far and it has been well received.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Know what options you need.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The customer service is responsive and intent on finding solutions that meet the need. This product has so many options and flexibility they are sure to find one.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    No offline version available.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Offer an offline option.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Make sure there were an offline version and easy use with different browsers.

    Implementation was easy including setting up SAML integration.

    Great experience with the ILMS and content. Phishing testing was a good experience too.

    Review content specific to different language requirements.

    Ease of use and deep library content.

    Nothing.

    Nothing.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Release training notification in waves, not at one time.

    PhishProof had all the features we needed to get started.

    Inspired eLearning technical support was excellent. For a new solution, it had the features we needed to start or internal phishing campaign. The technical support team at Inspired eLearning was excellent in helping to resolve issues because of our internal email system.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Pretty easy to set up and launch campaigns. Tech support is excellent.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Users who are successfully phished are automatically enrolled and notified they are to take the anti-phishing course.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Nothing really.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    PhishProof performed an update and did not tell us and it disabled our campaigns. We asked them to let us know when any updates are going to occur.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Nothing.
