The Kevin Mitnick training videos are excellent. We are very happy with the quality and the pace of the training. Kevin is able to capture the interest of employees, which improves their retention of the material. Additionally, KnowBe4's phishing templates are some of the best we have seen. They are always adding templates that mimic what we are seeing in the wild. The combination of phishing and training videos is very compelling, as is the pricing.
THis product integrates with many learning systems and allows you to drop their pre-made content right into your existing platform. Very valuable for implementing an enterprise level security education program.
The quality of the pre-built videos.
By default, all e-mail addresses must be in the same domain.
License more than one domain to the customer by default. Many organizations own multiple domains.

Very good offerings of security training and nice online learning system.
Do a full test of their entire system. The online learning is great but the phishing tests are the best part of the system as it tests the users to see if they are learning the skills in the training. It can auto-assign training to users who click a fake/phishing message.
The training is good, short, but complete. I like that the phishing tests integrate with the training and that you can auto-assign new training to those users who click the phishing tests and therefore, fail them. Once they add sub-admins with limited permissions, I would give them five stars across the board.
The lack of sub-admins and being able to assign those sub-admins to groups to manage within the system.
I would like to see them develop the online learning system more, for larger companies. They need sub-admins, right now there is only administrator or user. For a very large company like our own, sub admins are necessary. Administration in very large environments can be difficult due to these limitations.

We are very happy with KnowBe4, and have recommended it to others. It's easy and fast to develop and deploy phishing tests, and the landing page for "clickers" is concise. They could make copying and modifying templates a little easier. We are running monthly tests - first month is everyone, second is the "clickers" on the first test. We like the ability to stagger the emails. We have seen a significant improvement in response to phishing - although users may now be a little overly paranoid. We have recommended this to others.
Do a trial of the various vendors. Look for ability to send as many emails as you want, customize the template. Ask for references.
Ability to send as many emails, at any time, customized to our specific user base. Ability to customize the landing page.
See above - copying/modifying templates should be easier.
The venoor has been super easy to work with, both during implementation and working through some licensing questions. Copying and modifying/cloning an existing template is a little clunky and non-intuitive. They have said they are fixing this in the next release.

The solution (testing our users for their ability to identify and resist the temptation to fall for e-mail phishing scams) is very appropriate and comprehensive. It is intuitive to use and includes great educational and evaluation components. It also allows us a lot of flexibility in crafting phishing campaigns to test our users. The phishing examples we can choose from are plentiful and representative of phishing scams in the real world. The company offers easily accessed support which is very responsive and effective. We have been very happy with our results in training our users. We have reduced our users' "clicks" from 28% (baseline) to 7% to 4.5% in the first three months of implementation.
Get to know the various components of the KnowBe4 program so you can structure your baseline and follow-up programs to test your users in as many ways as possible. And have fun with the program. Be patient with your users, but be approachable when they have questions or comments. Our users have not felt like we were trying to trick them. Instead, they have expressed gratitude for their training and how it has helped them both at work and in their home environment as well.
The flexibility of the product is awesome. It allows us to be very effective in crafting our phishing campaigns to test our users in different ways. And I love their support!
I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about it. The only thing I can comment on is, again, would love to have the "phish alert button" for other browsers.
They are in the process of rolling out a "phish alert button" for the chrome browser platform. This will allow users to automatically flag suspicious e-mails and report them to IT immediately. This will give IT another tool to monitor how savvy their users are becoming. I hope they will also roll this out for other browser platforms as well.
I can't think of anything we would do differently. We are very satisfied with our strategy and ability of this product to address this area of our security concerns.

KnowBe4 provided excellent documentation and guidance. Their platform and training modules, combined with the capability to perform phishing tests, made this the right choice for us. There are frequent updates and advice on tactics is readily available from their support staff.
Visit KnowBe4.com, check out their products and services, get on their mailing list. And you will be convinced this is the right choice.
All of their training and phishing emails are timely and contantly being improved. I also appreciate that we can upload their training modules to our internal training system.
I wish we could have implemented sooner.

Overall everything has been simple, easy to manage and implement. On the occasion you require support, they are prompt and get to resolution. Biggest challenge has been managing users in the system. Today there is a new feature that can help with this. Will be taking a look at that.
Planning and communication to all staff is key.
More than just phishing emails., training, videos, tips, attachments, USB testing, Vishing are some of the additional options.
If you dont use the set and forget method, there is a bit of upkeep. Each month setting up all new groups, configuring the tests, adding / removing users, etc. Currently a bit time consuming start to finish each month.
Maybe help the customer set a base branding so that it is custom branded from the beginning and would save time modifying everything each time.
Work with HR more closely to help automate the user management component.
Although easy to get up and the initial training could be a bit more lengthy and include additional custom integrations.

Very easy to deal with, good cost model, able to pilot before we bought, very supportive post purchase. Has met the need to drive employee awareness on the risks of cyber crime.
Try them on your Board. If you dont get them talking more about the risks as a result I would be really suprised.
Ease of use.
Nothing so far.
Hold a user group conference.
Sign the contract sooner. We delayed signing a contract as we were unsure how the service could be rolled out, but since signing we have had good support from them which has helped us start the project.
Fully supported by their experts

Overall I am pleased with the product.
Ensure that you follow the directions for allowing their mail to come through your server. If you don't, the mail will most likely end up in your users junk mail and your campaigns will not be as effective.
It gives me a detailed view of what users I have problems with. This allows me to work more closely with them to help mitigate risks.
Using Office 365, I am unable to get the macro messages to work. Unable to find a way to keep Office 365 from stripping the macro enabled attachments.
Release Scam of the Week and Current Events sooner. However, I realize this may not be possible due to investigating if they are scams or not.

One of the best vendor experiences I have ever encountered. From Sales to Implementation, the staff at KnowB4 are the most friendly and knowledgable people you can ask for making the entire experience a true delight.
Just do it! You will not be disappointed. This training is a must for any company large or small.
Great knowledgable staff, intuitive interface for software.
Cant find anything yet.
