Training is getting a bit dated, Optiv needs to continue creating new content/modules to keep clients interested in returning. Learning Management System (LMS) they use is a bit clunky and cumbersome to use.

Training was good and had immediate impact (positive).

The implementation was very smooth and easy to roll out. The content was far superior to other content providers.

Customer support is excellent. Courseware is being refreshed and updated. Would like to see additional offerings regarding courseware. After two years of quarterly assignments, reaching an end of new courseware topics.
