    Solid Product with Excellent Service.

    Overall Comment

    Overall our interactions with PhishLine have been very good. From sales to implementation the entire process went very smoothly. Quick turnaround once an agreement was in place.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    I'd recommend going with the managed service vs SaaS, the PhishLine implementation managers are very good and know the system in and out. Having a dedicated resource at PhishLine to assist with campaigns provides a lot of value to the product/service.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The product is very flexible and with the assistance of PhishLine we're able to turn up training/testing campaigns very quickly.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Additional free content within the tool would be a nice add.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Product wise, I'd like to see more free content available in terms of training materials within the tool.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Nothing I would do differently.

    Integration & Deployment - Overall comment

    Had no issues during the deployment, we have the system up and running within just a few days. Added some additional integration to our exchange system without any throubles.

    Vendor has been easy to work with; has developed new functions that we requested and provided improved reporting. Have seen measurable improvement in user behavior in fewer compromised endpoints.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Don't worry about click rates. Find ways to measure real learning by your users so that you have fewer security incidents.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The fact that Phishline develops the testing emails based on our actual phishing attacks makes the process more valuable.

    Some integration took a bit longer, but we were able to start using the service and train users before all integration issues were completed.

    Great organisation and technology made for seamless implementation and use.

    The experience with Phishline started with a professional account representative who understood the product and also has a keen sense of customer needs and delivery. The product simplifies the entire phishing exercise, provides hundreds of samples, and seamless integration. Technical support was very knowledgeable with the product, so the implementation and initial phishing exercise were perfectly executed. I would definitely recommend this product to my peers and the Phishline organisation is well above par.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Pick Phishline because their solution streamlines the work involve and make phishing exercises simple.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The address book functionality, can simply use an excel spreadsheet. This avoids complicated integrations.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    nothing comes to mind, just a well thought out product.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Nothing comes to mind here, Phishline has a great understanding for phishing exercises and have thought of every detail involved.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Nothing - Phishline assists with all the key decision points, therefore, no regrets or foul-up.

    Our experience with PhishLine was really good. They are very attentive to their customer's needs and are willing to make implementation enhancements on their tool based on it. Their customer support is the biggest highlight of their service. All questions asked via e-mail were fully clarified with prompt and clear responses.

    PhishLine is a very good tool to test user security awareness using phishing campaigns.

    Definitely the customer and support service.

    Easy campaign setup, good selection of customizable content with dedicated support

    PhishLine is intuitive and relatively easy to setup and use. At the same time, PhishLine provides dedicated customer support to configure and run our phishing campaigns. PhishLine has a good selection of phishing templates, landing pages and training all of which can be customised as required. Other phishing service solutions I evaluated were not flexible when it came to content (email templates, landing pages, training) or were selling more than I needed.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    We used phishing to measure the effectiveness of our Security Awareness program. Customers should understand what you are using friendly phishing for and design their campaigns accordingly. In conjunction with Security Awareness, you should understand what metrics you need for your purposes.

    Dedicated support. Customization services.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    We would have spent more time on "teachable moment" training and LMS integration to help security awareness. Following Agile practices we put out the first few phishing campaigns as quickly as possible and are following through with incremental improvements with the support of PhishLine.

    Identify your reporting needs before the first campaign ends. This will allow you to get results faster.

    Phishline account representative is very willing to work with us. She does an excellent job at giving us campaign ideas that have been proven to work in the past.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    User Interface for getting results.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    The user interface on their website is not intuitive, so a cleanup would be helpful.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Analysis of my company's address book and cleanup of data fields before uploading the file would have saved time during our first few campaigns.

    Great experience, good customer service. We really like how the results are broken down to a granular level.

    Do a complete POC and a test phishing campaign first before purchasing.

    We really like how the results are broken down to a granular level. It provided GEO Location, what Operating System and what different types of devices users were using to open phishing emails.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Nothing at all.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Provide more than just 1 reps to go over the results. Sometimes we had to wait until the rep is back from vacation to go over our results.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Provide more security training awareness program.

    Agile deployment through a managed service offering.

    Overall Comment

    Phishing was agile and through a managed services approach were able to provide us what we wanted without the need for us to staff platform experts. Their team provided advice on various methods and approaches for campaigns and ultimately we relied on them to design and deploy approved campaigns based on our need and culture. They were quick to adapt and responsive when we requested changes or different report designs. Their staff worked directly with our technical email group to resolve blocking or whitelisting issues with their simulated phishing domains. Most campaigns go off without a hitch, but Phishing took full responsibility when one campaign deployed early. They promptly implemented an updated approval process to prevent future issues.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Plan for long-term internal resources allocation to manage the simulated phishing process. We made the mistake of trying to start with a dedicated resource and then switch to auto-pilot and that didn't work out well. You need someone thinking about and managing this process on a daily basis, even with a managed service approach.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Ease of use.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Lack of industry benchmarking.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Better general and industry benchmarks with which to compare.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Embed this process deeper into the organisation. For example, tighter integration with the incident response team.
