Security Innovation has been very responsive with all my customer service and sales inquiries. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the product. They continue to receive my feedback and look for ways to meet my evolving requirements.

Very easy to work with, responsive sales and support often providing same-day turnaround on questions and issues. Remote learning capabilities are important for distributed organizations, and their solution is well-matched to the need. Their focus on security fills an important gap in the training marketplace. Some issue with content and user administration.

The vendor was easy to work with and was able to customize the training per CTO's requirements.

Good course content and delivery. Frequent updates. Update cycle undefined. Courses get automatic updates. But exams have to be manually loaded. Course customization requires a separate SOW and is expensive.

Vendor provided all the documentation and support to help us decide, implement and go-live on target. It was a flawless implementation and with SME from the vendor to meet and assist at every corner.

Overall the Application security training helped us to ensure our software is built to appropriate coding standards to reduce the risk of security incidents that can lead to data loss or financial fraud. Preventing such vulnerabilities during development is a key part of the “shift left” approach to avoid finding defects during testing or – even worse -- later in production
