    Vendor was extremely knowledgeable in this space with a mature, established product offering. Extremely accommodating and hyper-responsive.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    The additional '365' collateral in the form of 2 minute videos, posters, cutsheets, etc that is also available in addition to the base training modules is well worth the small additional cost.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Intuitive and the material strikes a good balance considering the wide cross-section of roles and technical acumen across our employee base.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Do more end-to-end validation testing with our specific LSM which we are using to deliver the training collateral.

    Security Innovation has been very responsive with all my customer service and sales inquiries. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the product. They continue to receive my feedback and look for ways to meet my evolving requirements.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Excellent customer service. E-Learning content is small enough to be watched relatively quickly and covers the content without being pedantic.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    I would like for the content to be updated more regularly as my staff complain that it's the "same thing" every year.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    I wish that they would have provided more 'demo access' to the content so there could be more evaluation before purchase.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Done this sooner.

    Highly responsive organization fills niche, self-service options need improvement

    Very easy to work with, responsive sales and support often providing same-day turnaround on questions and issues. Remote learning capabilities are important for distributed organizations, and their solution is well-matched to the need. Their focus on security fills an important gap in the training marketplace. Some issue with content and user administration.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Form a pilot team of subject matter experts to audit proposed coursework. It can be difficult to get employees to make training a high priority, and to dedicate time to complete it. If training is mismatched to skills, it gets even more difficult.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    There is a healthy variety of coursework, including specialized training on cloud technologies. The online, self-directed learning model is a good solution for today's organizations, which are often globally distributed, on the move, or working from home.

    Training program administrators don't have much control over user administration and reporting. Given that the solution is an online learning center, having an admin console where customers could

    Coursework content should be refreshed more often, particularly since IT security is a fast-moving topic. Notifications and summaries of updated content sent to training program administrators would be incredibly helpful.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Nothing vendor-related, but don't underestimate how long it will take your organization to complete the training.

    No issues here, though it would be nice to allow program administrators to generate/resend user invitations.

    Good course content and delivery. Customization requires a separate SOW with vendor.

    Good course content and delivery. Frequent updates. Update cycle undefined. Courses get automatic updates. But exams have to be manually loaded. Course customization requires a separate SOW and is expensive.

    Include content customization and course deployment in the contract.

    Course content and delivery. Support for Japanese.

    Lack of ability to customize the course without requesting a new SOW.

    Provide guidance on how to effectively deploy the courses. Allow customization and links to company specific policies. Courses have commercial content that needs to be disabled.

    Negotiate content customization as part of the contract.

    Vendor provided all the documentation and support to help us decide, implement and go-live on target. It was a flawless implementation and with SME from the vendor to meet and assist at every corner.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    The courses are generic and I would ask "What does the learner need to be doing differently to change performance", rather than what do they need to know. Knowing will get you nowhere if there is no behavior change. Mind your budgets wisely to deliver quality solutions that align with key business drivers. Start with a pilot project. This gives you a strong background to build support and minimize risk.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The education offered are in a curriculum to the audience at the different level. The course is of industry standard level and not 'fluff' courses. They require concentration and attention to grasp knowledge to pass the knowledge check which is intense. The knowledge check comes from a data bank of questions and seldom repeat.

    Generic and not customizable to the requirement of business needs for a specific company.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Augment reporting capabilities with visual tables and graphs.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    The courses provided are industry standard off the shelf with knowledge updated regularly by SME's to meet the industry changes and demand. Generic in nature for all levels of application developers to attain the knowledge offered. There is not much that we can do any different from the implementation made.

    Good course content with regular updates. But customization is expensive.

    Implementation was easy. We did load the courses in a test environment, tested, and then uploaded to production. There are Japanese translations available for 40 courses. It would be nice to have support for multiple languages. Course content and delivery are good. A broad array of information security courses. Courses are auto uploaded but exams upload is manual. The update frequency is random. Customization requires new SOW and is expensive.

    Good course content. frequent updates. Courses are auto updated. But exam requires manual download and upload. Customization SOW is expensive and requires re-negotiations.

    Course content and delivery.

    lack of ability to customize.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Get feedback from customers for course updates. Allow at least customers to tailor the course content to fit the company policies. meet with various customers and understand how they deploy the course and benefits they receive. This can be used to publish the white paper on best practices and help new customers.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Get support for course maintenance. Internal and external hosting license.

    Overall the Application security training helped us to ensure our software is built to appropriate coding standards to reduce the risk of security incidents that can lead to data loss or financial fraud. Preventing such vulnerabilities during development is a key part of the “shift left” approach to avoid finding defects during testing or – even worse -- later in production

    The product is SCORM compliant and was easy to integrate with our Learning Management System.
