    Implementation was easy and straight forward.

    Experience has been very good. They are easy to work with and quickly adapt to any changes we requested.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Make sure you really drill down on demo site when they give access.

    Easy to navigate

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Need more avatar choices that represent real life

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    All good right now.

    Nothing comes to mind.

    Cloud based easy SSO set up with their LMS. Good thorough, interactive training.

    Very receptive and quick to fix any issues. Project manager from vendor helped keep project on time.

    The modules are generic and customization may be required. This adds a lot of time especially if going to train inseveral languages.

    Interactive product and good customer service.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Requires some customization.

    More real life examples. Maybe some stats.

    Adopted earlier.
