Took too long to implement and fix the bugs. Was actually executed to determine problem.
Stay on them regarding issues and demand up level commitment to resolve issues.
already had checkpoint services in place.

Had some hardware issues initially and could have gotten better support, but we got our issues worked out and it has been trouble-free since.
Make sure you get some training or expert help - there was almost no documentation in the box and the website is not always the easiest to pull information from.
While we are only using it for the Application/URL filtering at the moment, we have options for expanding the usage to replace some of our legacy systems.
Could not copy our configuration / easily import our configuration from the initial version to a new version when we had a hardware replacement. We had to get high level engineers involved to help us convert our config or we would have had to start from scratch.
Not given us the run-around on support by sending us back to the reseller. Things worked better once they agreed to work with us.
Seek better training/documentation and possibly get an expert consultant to help get things set up initially.
We had to fight to get the support we needed and used resources from Gartner to get movement on our issues.
We have another device installed but never got any information on how to configure it (reporting appliance) so we dropped the licensing for it and it's just sitting in our rack doing nothing.
