    Implementation was easy, support was excellent. A few more standard connectors needed.

    Installation and support were excellent. Lack of connectors for some widely used industry products surprising and additional cost to customize.

    It is established and well used.

    DR architecture.

    Implementation of Cyber-Ark Review.

    Overall Comment

    The Cyber-Ark software allows a user to temporarily use a privileged account without ever knowing the account password. It's worth noting that one of the features of the Cyber-Ark Suite is the ability to change password in bulk. The software makes it possible to change all of the passwords that the sys admin knows and change all of them at one time.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The software has the capability of change password in bulk, reducing the time for Sys Admin who needs to change his local admin server account one-by-one. Also, the software's auditing and reporting capabilities can be useful for audit trail purpose.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Cyber-Ark seems to work fine for our environment. The only negative from an admin point of view is that you do find there are times if the password you have for an admin account is used for opening a number of different explorer windows to different servers it can become locked out frequently (we have the password changing every hour) but there are ways around it (i.e. select service reset tools).

    The product meets the need for my IT department that we need a streamline tool, allowing to manage password of privileged accounts more efficient.

    The level of security.

    Having to use a stand alone server.

    Offer a fully virtual platform.

    It's flexibility.

    The way we are forced to do patching.

    We under-estimated use cases and user adoption.
