    It's getting us the logging we need. However, I do not know if it integrates with everything we'd like it to.

    Product delivered as advertised at an affordable value.

    Overall Comment

    We have two other products with the vendor we have been operating for several years with no issues. The cost to license and implement are relatively inexpensive and implementation quite easy. Support is a phone call away. The use of the application is very intuitive.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Save yourself the vendor RPF time... the business value is with ManageEngine.

    Ease of use and implementation.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    No comment.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    No comment.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Not really... Most of their products are relatively intuitive.
