    Real time information vs antiquated one time questionairres

    Overall Comment

    Very impressive collaborative work flowing with our 3rd Parties being evaluated. Also very useful in comparing our company to our competitors.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Look closely at both BitSight and SSC - they both offer great products.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Ability to open up access to the product to our 3rd party vendors for a limited time. Allows for real time, measurable risk reduction.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Internal user management is a bit clunky (need to make requests to the vendor via email too often)

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    In the begining, we were "bounced around" a bit with sales staff.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    manage RACIs with other departments to fully develop use cases (may have effected staffing models to support the various functionalities on this product"
