We selected them via RFP and they have met our requirements set out in the RFP. The contract process at the beginning of the relationship was also easy. Some companies are harder to work with than others when it comes to contracts and Solutionary was pretty easy to work with.
We used a 3rd party company to help us run and evaluate the RFP. This helped us narrow down and make the best choice of providers. I strongly suggest using outside, 3rd party help for RFP creation and selection.
They are able to augment our small staff and provide the additional human resources we can't staff up for. We are already getting alerted to events that are allowing us to tune our environment that we never had time or resources to track down before.
Having to sift through all the alerts to set a baseline and figure out what's normal and what's not. But this will sort itself out over the next 1-2 months.
Nothing yet. The rollout has been smooth so far.
So far we've only able to evaluate their log gathering and event analysis. We have not had any security incidents or breeches, so we can't comment on that ability yet.
Communication has been seamless so far. We haven't had to contact their team very often, but the few times we reached out to them they responded quickly.
The had a deployment team that has been easy to work with.
