    Excellent technology and product suite. Much care and feeding required ongoing.

    The technology is excellent and performs well. Operationalizing and managing the system is resource intensive.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Don't underestimate the time required to run the system.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    The accuracy of the detection technology.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Reporting and aggregating of incidents could be improved.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Support exact data matching on endpoint devices.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Get organizational policy decisions sorted out up front.

    Highly flexible and fully supportive during the initiation phase. Maintains a very close interaction

    It is easy. It works and there have been positive results from day one.
