    The first project on this new technology was positive.

    Be careful to select the right vendor for the implementation of your project.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Integration approach of application with the existing legacy systems, and high levels of customization.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Focus on Microsoft platforms.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    More documentation to implement the autonomous custom functions.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    More functional training to the internal IT user.
