Very positive overall experience. Implementation team from NetSuite managed expectations, timelines, and outcomes. Project was on schedule and budget.

We were not able to utilize certain functions like the website that would have made our process much smoother. The website setup created pages that were very clunky. We could not establish a good flow for customers coming in. It doesn't fit what we need. Also the email marketing and campaigns require extensive extra steps and plenty of room for error making it less than ideal. Detailed email tracking requires a separate module which was costly and still falls short of what is available elsewhere in the marketplace. We like the importing of invoices, this has helped tremendously with our Receivables. Cut down on cost and helps us service our clients better because information is readily available. The ability to customize our customer form and upload documents makes managing over leads and clients very simple. Good process flow on the sales end with lots of places for notes.

Most of the issues we encountered were due to our third party partner (TrueCloud) rather than with Netsuite itself. Now that the initial kinks have been worked out and Netsuite has been deployed to a larger audience, it has already started to create new efficiencies.

The software is user friendly Lacks government compliance Timesheet modules are not very robust

Using internal NetSuite consulting for implementatin did not work well. Their internal consulting resources are very skilled for small business deployment, but flounder when faced with the complexities of the mid-market. Using talented third-party resources to pick up the ball where NetSuite drops it (project managment, data-migration, technical roadmap, scripting, implementation) made all the difference for our implementation.

we needed to expand globally in a very short time frame. Could not have done that with any other solution. Down time has been an issue from time to time.

Complicated enhancement/request process, going through 3rd party vendor instead of working directly with NetSuite. Added a lot of time to the implementation process.

Really customer focused team. Implementation team expertise good, but our complex global needs pushed them beyond their comfort zone, but they adapted well.
