    Implementation was complicated and longer than anticipated, but overall successful.

    Overall Comment

    Complicated enhancement/request process, going through 3rd party vendor instead of working directly with NetSuite. Added a lot of time to the implementation process.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Data migration preparation is key.

    System works well and rarely has downtime

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    We've had to purchase several add-on modules or 3rd party software to perform our necessary accounting and budget functions

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Allowed us to work directly with them instead of through VAR

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Advanced preparation of migrated data by requesting data dictionary/data import formats earlier in the process. Dug deeper into some of our complexities to validate system can do what we need.

    Overall Comment

    Really customer focused team. Implementation team expertise good, but our complex global needs pushed them beyond their comfort zone, but they adapted well.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Nail the scope in detail first. Pay for a detailed BRD time and materials and try and fix price the rest.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    One single system for "truth". Cloud helps limit our resource needs.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Nothing.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Help address the application integration needs a bit better.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Pay a bit more for implementation services on site vs. offshore. Having local people is really valuable.
