    Implementation was successful but compliance took a while.

    A good partnership worked between the two companies.

    Good system that has strong customization capabilities. You need to have a process that governs the customization alignment with the product roadmap

    Good support. Customization possibilities that help develop our processes

    UI

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    UI can be better. We beileve the next versions are better

    Begin with the end in mind. Would instill the need of a system in the minds of all key stake holders
