    You need requirements to implement an ERP, and people to see the course.

    Overall Comment

    Syspro is a modern ERP. The most important key, is you can't just rely on consultants to implement and walk away. We needed to include internal people who can help drive adoption, and make changes because the cycles to use consultants are just too long.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Syspro ERP is a very modern ERP. Still has a lot of development ahead, a roadmap, and innovates.

    What do you like most about the product or service?

    Product roadmap for mobile and business objects.

    What do you dislike most about the product?

    Not intuitive for some users. Many worry about breaking it or losing interface elements.

    What one thing do you wish the vendor did differently?

    Hard to get information about the product. Infozone is heavily guarded, and needs to be decentralized.

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Better requirements, and insist on having our own IT employees to work with consultants at first.

    Service & support - overall comment

    The Infozone is difficult to navigate, and search doesn't seem to work. Seems you cannot get general information online through a google search.
