Application Retirement, Data Archive

Implementation was pretty easy

The vendor was really knowledgeable about their product and the applications we were looking to retire. The implementation team was good to work with and made the implementation pretty easy. In the future, they may want to gain more knowledge regarding applications that may be a bit more difficult to retire, such as Meditech.

Scalable, Flexible solutions driving data management in Financial Services

Informatica is always willing to work with us to drive a sound implementation. There products are consistently above the line and their pricing is competitive. Plus, they scale better than any other vendor in this space.

Data Services

Setup was a little trick but implementation was fairly straight forward.

Informatica has always kept their customer front and center. They provided the right personnel to ensure successful adoption of the tool. We had to use a strategic advisor to keep the vendor honest during the selection process.
