OMP has partnered with us in implementing our vision of becoming a leader in the area of planning and scheduling and in our journey towards digitalization. The OMP tool has provided the right tool for data integration between Forecasting, Monthly Optimization and Scheduling; it includes the right functionality to optimize and analyze our plan and schedule; it generates the visuals and tables to enable the right business decisions; it also allows customization so that we can reflect our own processes and ways of working. Overall we are very happy with our decision to use OMP. Here are the explanation for the non-5 ratings: 1. support & services. We are very happy with the caliber of the team and their response time to issues/bugs. However, (maybe because of overall market conditions), we experience delays in implementing functionality, due to shortage of resources 2. performance: The speed of the optimization LP/MIP is good, but we have experienced issues with the speed of the overall application, especially when requiring the access of the database (opening the application, scenaria functionality, etc.) 3. user experience: OMP provides the fuctionality for developing tables and graphs. However, building these visuals is not very easy, and we often need OMP or external consultant support. 4. MDM: We found that the external data collaboration was not as user friendly (although I know that OMP is working on it now), so we had to create our own Power BI reports framework 5. N/A rating: Although I think that OMP supports advanced capabilities (e.g. demand sensing, MEIO, etc,), we have not found a good use for this functionality, we have not included them to the tool, so we have not tested them 6. With respect to their execution of configuration and deployment it is flawless. They have consistently exceeded expectations, under budget, within the timeline and under budget. The feature set that we received from the system was an major improvement over our current capabilities.
"Oracle Cloud planning - an effective tool to improve visibility & effectiveness of SCM "
Excellent support from Oracle customer success team and product development team throughout our implementation journey. It was a complex and multi country implementation with many custom business processes involved. The tool supported most of the requirements and the gaps were well covered using PAAS solutions. The build plan and other inbuilt analytics are very user friendly and significantly increased the visibility of the supply planning planning process. It took a little longer to implement (14 months) due to complexity and custom business logic but overall it was a smooth transition. We encountered some product bugs but development team interacted regularly and fixed it . The bug fix cycles were little longer but all issues were resolved. Initiatives like Customer Advisory Board helped to collaborate with other customers and discuss the new feature requirements with the product strategy team.

They have developed a clear roadmap of user stories that will enable us to progress along the Gartner S&OP maturity model. They have supported advancing our demand and scenario planning capabilities through piloting PlanIQ through their early access programme and linking it into our scenario planning capabilities to enable us to balance supply and demand.

For the purpose we required Luminate Platform is completely fulfilled. The user experience is really good with Luminate, it helped us improve our team productivity level. It helped our organization in managing all the orders, it has analytics which shows how many order we have received and how much we have earned. Sometime we need to deliver the product urgently so we use Luminate mobile app, if we share the experience of mobile app then the app is great we can use it anywhere. It has collaborative environment which majorly help our IT team in discussing about the delivery related issues. The customer support experience is also very smooth with Luminate Platform.

The project is having succesful results. It was highly compatible with our systems and data warehouses. The service provided by Tools Group was excelent, attending us in our native language and in our local time. We got to organize a full length supply chain, considering we operate retail points of sale, back to international warehouses, a central warehouse back to our own production facilities.

With live data feeds and migration to cloud, we feel we are now poised to reap the benefits we signed up for.

This product has reduced non valued added work and allows us to plan our business better. We went from a product that was not scalable and pushed us to work in flat files csv format to make changes where we can run this via SQL queries and API call outs. Integrating with sales and marketing for their input is seamless and allows for stronger collaboration. The order launcher (master planning) makes planning our finished goods with our packagers quite easy and helps create a master schedule for our contract packagers.
