    It's all about the people...select your project lead wisely and manage them carefully

    Make sure your statement of work is clear and goals are aligned in both organizations

    APL Logistics did not truly understand our solution. We own some of this as well as them. This drove a significant amount of challenges during our busy time of year. We lost millions of $'s in sales and this destroyed our internal credability within the organization. What ever cost we were saving was completly lost during the transition

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Make sure they understand what they are getting into. Ensure that they have clarity on what is needed for everyone to be successful

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    Get really clear on the solution needed and align on expectations. Plan, Plan, Plan...and then Plan again. Understand Risk and ensure a mitigation plan is in place..NEVER...EVER do a warehouse transition during the busiest time of year
