    BDP improves the logistics interface for our supply chain

    Overall Comment

    BDP has been very flexible in meeting DuPont needs. We have been able to contract with MDP to provide an on-site logistics specialist within a number of strategic businesses. BDP has also worked with our Supply Chain teams to provide improved transparency to international shipments with regards to rolled bookings, etc.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Require global supply chain team to map information flows and decision points with international freight planning

    If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

    improve training requirements for our DuPont International CSRs to improve record accuracy and reduce churn
