    Have end goals in mind with support for consulting in the contracts, rates to be made avaialble when asked and agreeing to the scope of data to be shared

    Good OTR provider. Lacks Intermodal Pricing/Service capabilities.

    OTR Pricing is excellent. Rail/Intermodal services and pricing is not best in class. Web services and customer account management are very good as compared to peers.

    Have an additional 3PL for intermodal services.

    CH Robinson delivered. They said what they were going to do and they did it.

    Their online support and monitoring system is excellent and both the leadership and the account team are dedicated and extremely deligent.

    What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

    Make sure expectations are clear and in scope business is clear.

    Would have started sooner.
