I'm fairly neutral about our experience with their service. Too expensive for the level of customer service they have provided.
Check as many references as you can.
Conduct far more research before selecting this vendor.

Domestic operations in the Chicagoland area were fantastic. Canadian operations in Mississauga were a disappointment.
If it's a multi country footprint, make sure there's one single, executive who has the accountability to address poor performance.
garner a better understanding of the Canadian reporting structure. Although connected by name (CEVA), our US Leadership had very little influence. We eventually moved our Canadian ops to someone else.

They are not proactive in driving improvements. Very reactive.
